3月15日，由洛陽港信玻璃技術有限公司研發制造的第四代高應力、高硼硅4.0雙室防火鋼化爐在武漢晶順科技開發有限公司正式投產。
On March 15th,the 4th generation of high stress,high borosilicate 4.0 double chamber fireproof tempering furnace,developed and manufactured by Luoyang Gangxin Glass Technology Co.,Ltd.was officially put into operation in Wuhan Jingshun Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd.
據了解，厚度越薄的玻璃，其鋼化難度越大，而目前市面上能鋼化的高應力防火玻璃最薄是5mm，高硼硅玻璃最薄則為6mm。除了玻璃本身的厚度，高應力防火玻璃的鋼化還受限于鋼化設備的寬度，設備越寬，生產高應力防火玻璃的難度越大，因此市面上普遍都是2米寬的設備。
As everyone knows that the thinner glass is,more difficulty to be tempered,for the current market,the thinnest high stress fireproof glass is 5mm&the thinnest high borosilicate glass is 6mm.In addition to the thickness of the glass itself,the toughening of high stress fireproof glass is also limited by the width of the toughening equipment.The wider the equipment,the more difficult it is to produce high stress fireproof glass,so in the market,there is generally 2 meters wide equipment.
此次落戶武漢晶順科技的洛陽港信第四代高應力、高硼硅4.0雙室防火鋼化爐寬度為2.44米，可鋼化5mm、6mm的高應力防火玻璃和高硼硅4.0防火玻璃，既實現了防火玻璃可鋼化厚度的突破，也實現了大板面高硼硅4.0的鋼化突破，武漢晶順科技開發有限公司總經理楊長坤表示，該鋼化爐可加工高硼硅4.0防火玻璃的最大規格為2.44m×4.2m。

據悉，該防火鋼化爐是港信為晶順科技提供的第二臺防火鋼化爐，該設備加工范圍廣，除了可鋼化高應力防火玻璃和高硼硅4.0防火玻璃，還可鋼化高品質建筑門窗幕墻鋼化玻璃以及單銀雙銀Low-E玻璃。獨創的風機組合方式，在生產防火玻璃和普通玻璃時，可自由組合切換，把均攤至每平方玻璃的能耗降至最低，實現了一機三用之功效。

此臺雙室防火爐實現了突破性分離式溫區設計，不但解決了第一臺設備只能生產高硼硅防火玻璃卻無法量產的問題，還實現了高應力防火玻璃和高硼硅4.0防火玻璃的高產能。據楊長坤介紹，新設備的產能在原來基礎上翻了一番，高應力防火玻璃日產量可達2000平方左右，高硼硅防火玻璃的日產量也能夠達到1200平方左右。

此外，新投產的防火鋼化爐為雙室鋼化爐，其生產的防火玻璃在質量上比傳統防火鋼化爐生產的要高出許多。這也得益于港信第四代高硼硅4.0雙室防火鋼化爐采用了全新的加熱室設計，升級均恒溫度對流模式，保證了玻璃成像好、應力斑輕、應力均勻，自爆率低。
